Did not deliver package as described.

Did not deliver package as described.  I chose to buy their full package expedition to Aconcagua, which stated that the lead guide would be British, American or European (so I assumed IFMGA qualified). The lead guide was Eduardo Tonnetti, a Brazilian who does not hold this qualification.
