Day46: Rest Day at Base Camp

Today, we ascend to Camp 2 and spend the night there. This ascent takes us higher into the Himalayas, where we acclimate to the altitude and prepare for further climbs. Sleeping at Camp 2 allows us to rest and rejuvenate amidst the breathtaking scenery of the mountains.

Day47: Climbing to Camp 2

Today, we climb to Camp 3 and spend the night there. This challenging ascent brings us closer to our summit goal on Mount Everest. Sleeping at Camp 3 allows us to acclimatize to the higher altitude and prepare for the final push toward the top.

Day48: Climbing to Camp 3

Day52: Return to Base Camp

Today, we carefully pack up our belongings and equipment at Everest Base Camp. This process involves organizing and securing everything we brought with us during our expedition. Day53: Packing Up Base Camp

Embark on a captivating trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar, located at an altitude of 3,450 meters (11,320 feet). Arrive in Namche Bazaar, a bustling mountain town known for its vibrant markets and cozy teahouses, where you can rest and immerse yourself in the local culture.

Day4: Trek to Namche Bazaar

In Pangboche, you have the opportunity to participate in a Buddhist Puja blessing ceremony at the local monastery, led by the Lama. Day6: Trek to Pangboche

Day7: Trek to Pheriche

Day35:  Descending to Camp 1 or Camp 2

Day36:  Return to Base Camp

Today, we have the option to rest and recuperate in the comfort of Everest Base Camp. Alternatively, we can descend to the lower village of Gorak Shep for a change of scenery and possibly better acclimatization. This decision allows us to recharge our energy and prepare for the upcoming challenges of our expedition in the Himalayas.

Day37: Rest in Base Camp or Descend to Gorak Shep

Today, we return to Everest Base Camp from the lower village of Gorak Shep. After our descent, we settle back into the familiar surroundings of base camp. Day45: Return to Base Camp

Today, we begin our descent from Everest Base Camp to Pheriche. We trek through the scenic Himalayan landscape, gradually descending to lower altitudes. Along the way, we have the option to stay in teahouses or camp under the starry skies, enjoying the journey back to civilization after our memorable expedition.

Day54: Trekking Down to Pheriche

Today, we continue our descent from Everest Base Camp to Pangboche. As we trek through the picturesque Himalayan scenery, we gradually lower our altitude. Along the way, we have the option to stay in cozy teahouses or camp outdoors, enjoying the final leg of our journey back from our memorable expedition in the mountains.

Day57: Trekking to Lukla

Today, we take a flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, enjoying aerial views of the Himalayas during our journey back to the city. Upon arrival, we settle into a comfortable hotel, reflecting on our adventure and preparing for our return home.

Day58: Flight to Kathmandu

We have an extra day in Kathmandu, which allows us flexibility in case of flight delays and provides an opportunity for sightseeing and souvenir shopping. We'll stay in a hotel, enjoying the vibrant city atmosphere and exploring its cultural treasures before departing from Nepal.

Day59: Extra Day in Kathmandu

After an early breakfast, head to the domestic airport for a scenic mountain flight to Lukla. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas, including Everest, during the flight. Upon landing in Lukla, meet your trekking guide and begin trekking to Phakding. Along the way, soak in the beauty of Mt Nupla, Kusum Kanguru, and the Dudh Kosi Valley.

Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) - Duration: 6 hours

Take a day to acclimatize and rest in Namche Bazaar. For a breathtaking view of the mountains, hike to the Everest View Hotel. Although a short hike, it can be challenging due to the altitude. The panoramic view of the mountains, spanning 180 degrees, will leave you in awe.

Namche Bazaar: Rest and Acclimatization

Enjoy the trekking trail that offers perfect views of Amadablam, Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, and more. The trail also follows the Dudh Kosi River, leading you to Tengboche. Don't forget to have your camera ready to capture the stunning landscapes along the way.
