Double header: Opting for this combined will help you summit two of the world’s highest mountain at the same time. It’s the best option for those who are planning for 14 peaks above 8000m summit. You will have the pride and joy of climbing two of the world’s highest peak in the world at the same time. Budget and time: Climbing these mountains separately will put quite a strain on your budget. But if you opt. for the combined Expedition, the logistics till Camp IV will be same reducing the budget. The duration for both the expedition is 50+ days. If you do it separately its 100+ days. Doing it together will only take 50+ days of your time.

Itinerary

Day 01:       Arrival in Kathmandu & transfer to the hotel 

Day 02:       Official formalities and Shopping in Kathmandu 

Day 03:       Drive to Airport, fly to Lukla & commence trek to Phakding 

Day 04:       Trek to Namche Bazaar 

Day 05:       Acclimatization day at Namche

Day 06:       Trek to Tengboche 

Day 07:       Trek to Dingboche 

Day 08:       Rest day in Dingboche

Day 09:       Trek to Lobuche 

Day 10:       Trek to Everest Base Camp

Day 11-50:  Training & climbing period of Mt. Everest and Lhotse expedition

Day 51:       Cleaning up Base camp

Day 52:       Trek back to Pheriche 

Day 53:       Trek to Namche 

Day 54:       Trek to Lukla 

Day 55:       Fly to Ktm 

Day 56:       Final Departure

Inclusions

  • Pick up and drop off services for both international & domestic flights as per the itinerary
  • 3 nights Hotel in Kathmandu on bed & breakfast plan, 2 nights before and 1 night after the expedition
  • A welcome dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant in Kathmandu
  • Both-ways domestic flight KTM – Lukla – KTM with Airport tax
  • Land, Air domestic transportation and cargo for our overall expedition crew
  • Climbing Permit and all other necessary fees to climb Mt. Everest and Lhotse
  • Khumbu Ice-fall fee
  • Summit route fixing charge for both expeditions
  • Garbage management and Garbage disposal fee
  • Government Liaison officer with his daily wages, equipment, food, insurance and both way airfare for both expeditions
  • Freshly cooked meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner): Continental, Nepali, Indian and Chinese with hot drinks, Tea and Coffee
  • Mt. Everest: 1 professional climbing Sherpa with his equipment allowance, daily wages and carrying bonus
  • Mt. Lhotse: 1 professional climbing Sherpa with his equipment allowance, daily wages and carrying bonus
  • Experienced Base Camp Sirdar, Manager, Cook, Camp-2 Cook and Kitchen helpers
  • Necessary Porters up to Base Camp and return from Base Camp
  • High Altitude, Medical & Helicopter rescue insurance for Climbing Sherpa, Cook, and involved Nepalese staffs
  • Each Member will be provided with individual Tent (Kailas X4), Mattress and Pillow at Everest Base Camp
  • Common Equipment at Everest Base Camp: Dining Tent, Kitchen Tent, Communication Tent, Shower Tent, Toilet Tent, Tables and Chairs, Heater, etc.
  • Common Equipment at C2: Dining Tent, Kitchen Tent, Toilet Tent, Shovel, EPI gas with Gas Burner (MSR Rector), Ropes and High Food etc.
  • Walkie –Talkie for communicating from Base Camp to Mountain and Mountain to Base Camp.
  • Internet service and cell-phone network available at the Everest Base Camp (chargeable as per use)
  • Satellite phone for emergency communication carrying by Lead Sirdar, also available for members with appropriate charge
  • HRA medical Camp provides emergency medical services with certain charge
  • Weather forecast during the entire expedition
  • Mt. Everest: Oxygen (4ltr.) 6 bottles allocated for each Member and 3 bottles for each climbing Sherpa
  • Mt. Lhotse: Oxygen (4ltr.) 4 bottles allocated for each Member and 3 bottles for each climbing Sherpa
  • Summit Mask & Regulator set for each Member and each climbing Sherpa
  • Sufficient Back-up Oxygen bottles and Mask Regulator set available at our Base Camp (Chargeable as per use)
  • In case of emergency, rescue and replacement, we have extra climbing Sherpa on standby
  • Pioneer’s Duffel Bag if required
  • First Aid Medical Kit carried by Team Guide
  • Farewell dinner with expedition crew in a typical Nepali restaurant with cultural show in Kathmandu
  • Government Taxes and Company Service Charge
  • Mt. Everest climbing certificate issued by Department of Tourism (after the successful summit of Mt. Everest)
  • Mt. Lhotse climbing certificate issued by Department of Tourism (after the successful summit of Mt. Lhotse)
