Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take this time to relax and recover from your journey. If time allows, you can explore the city or enjoy an optional visit to a local market or cultural center. Accommodation: Mid-range lodge in Arusha Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, we depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its vast elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive, spotting lions, zebras, giraffes, and various bird species. In the late afternoon, we proceed to our lodge near Mto wa Mbu for the night. Day 3: Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

We leave early for Serengeti National Park, traveling through the scenic landscapes of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive in the central Serengeti in time for a game drive, where you will witness the incredible wildlife, including the famous Big Five. Day 4: Northern Serengeti National Park

Today, we drive further north to follow the Great Migration. This region offers excellent opportunities to witness river crossings at the Mara River, where thousands of wildebeests and zebras battle strong currents and lurking crocodiles. Spend the day exploring this wildlife-rich area. Accommodation: Mid-range tented camp in Northern SerengetiMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Northern Serengeti National Park

Another full day of game drives in the Northern Serengeti. Expect to see predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs taking advantage of the migration. The vast savannas also host elephants, buffalo, and an array of antelope species. Accommodation: Mid-range tented camp in Northern SerengetiMeals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6: Northern Serengeti National Park

We spend our final day in the Serengeti enjoying game drives in search of more wildlife encounters. Capture breathtaking views of the endless plains before heading south toward the Ngorongoro region in the afternoon. Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive in one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife habitats. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to the densest concentration of predators in Africa, as well as rhinos, elephants, and hippos. In the afternoon, we drive back to Arusha for the night. Day 8: Excursion to Materuni Waterfalls & Departure

After breakfast, we drive to Materuni village for a short two-hour hike to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls. Enjoy the lush greenery and breathtaking views before visiting a local coffee farm. Here, you’ll learn about traditional coffee processing and enjoy a freshly brewed cup. After lunch at the farm, we transfer you to the airport for your departure flight. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
