DAY 1: Arrival and get-together at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Meet and greet the other participants while enjoying a beer in the hotel gardens. A great adventure awaits us. You can feel the tension rising. Soon we will embark on our journey and already there’s a feeling of pride and grandeur. 

DAY 2: Free day in Kathmandu.
Those who do not yet know Kathmandu will love it. Relax in the comfortable hotel, shop and people watch in Thamel, enjoy the cultural program, or simply soak up the atmosphere. To each his own.

DAY 3: Flight to Lukla. One of the most stunning flights worldwide with a beautiful view on the Himalayas.

DAYS 4-11: Acclimatization at Lobuche. Trekking to and ascent with 2 nights in the summit area.

DAY 12: Trekking to our already prepared base camp on Mount Everest at about 5300m.

Days 1-12

DAYS 13 - 43: Rest days and then acclimatization tour up to about 7000m with one night in Camp 3 at 7200m. Ascent Everest. We wait for the right weather window for our first summit attempt. From Base Camp we go to Camp 1 and from there on to Camp 2. In Camp 3 and 4 we can sleep with oxygen. There is enough time for rest days and a second summit attempt.

Days 13-43

DAYS 44–45: Trekking back to Namche.

DAY 46: Trekking to Lukla.

DAY 47: Flight Lukla – Kathmandu.

DAY 48: Kathmandu or extra day in case the flight wasn't possible due to bad weather.

DAY 49: Return travel.

Day 44-49

Everest via South Col (Nepal)

Everest South

Meeting point in the morning in Alagna Valsesia, ascent by cable car and short hike to the Mantova hut. Afternoon course program. Overnight stay at the hut.

Day 1

Course program and first summit. Building of basecamp on the glacier. Overnight in a tent.

Day 2

Course program and further four-thousand-metre peaks such as Corno Nero, Balmenhorn and Vincent pyramid. Second night in the tent.

Day 3

Course program and continuous ascent via the two four-thousanders Ludwigshöhe and Parrotspitze to Signalkuppe at an altitude of 4554m. Overnight stay at the famous Capanna Margherita.

Day 4

On our way down from the Margherita hut we attempt to climb the beautiful Zumsteinspitze before descending to the cable car station and down to Alagna, where we end our trip with lots of great memories.

Expedition Preparation Course

DAY 1: Arrival and get-together at hotel in Kathmandu

Those who are not yet familiar with Kathmandu will fall in love with it. Relax in the comfortable hotel, shop and people-watch in Thamel, enjoy the cultural programme, or simply soak up the atmosphere. It’s up to you. DAY 4: Flight to Lhasa, capital of Tibet – probably one of the most stunning mountain flights in the world. You might even catch a glimpse of Everest.  The rest of the day free to explore Lhasa’s old town or enjoy a traditional Tibetan dinner. DAY 5: Sightseeing in Lhasa
There is still plenty of time today to visit the former residence of the Dalai Lama and the city’s countless monasteries and temples, some of which have been declared UNESCO World Heritage Sites, or to watch Tibetans go about their daily lives

Days 1 - 5: From Kathmandu to Lhasa

DAY 6: Lhasa – Shigatse (3,800m)
Today we leave Lhasa, driving south towards Shigatse, the second largest city in Tibet, taking in the stark beauty of the Tibetan Plateau – worth the trip alone.

DAY 7: Transfer to Tingri at 4,300m. The accommodation is very simple again, but the food continues to be very good!

DAY 8: A rest day for everyone in order to acclimatize. Plenty of beautiful 5000-meter hills to hike. The landscape is even more barren here, which makes you wonder at the shepherds with their sheep.

DAY 9: Transfer to Everest Base Camp (driver’s camp) at 5,200m.

Days 6 - 9: Journey to basecamp

DAYS 10-12: acclimatization in and around base camp. DAY 13: Ascent to middle camp at 6,200m on the way to Advanced Base Camp (ABC). DAY 14: Arrive at ABC at 6,400m. This is where you’ll feel the benefits of pre-acclimatization in hypoxic tents at home.
DAYS 15-38: Acclimatization and Ascent. Thorough acclimatization, with a climb to approximately 7,500m. Our Sherpa team will set up three high camps at 7,000m (North Col), 7,800m and 8,300m. Ascent Everest. We are waiting for the right weather window for our first summit attempt. In the past, all successful summit days are in this period. After the steep glacier climb to the North Col we stay at Camp 1, follow the less demanding North Ridge which leads us to the Northeast ridge, where we stay at Camp2 at about 7,800m, and then Camp3 at 8,300m. From here we cross below the Northeast Ridge to the Northwest Face and then back to the ridge with the secured 1st, 2nd and 3rd steps (all secured by rope) and finally we tackle the summit face.

Day 10 - 38: Acclimatization and ascent

DAY 39: Return trip ABC – BC

DAYS 40-41: Transfer back to Kathmandu with probable one-night stay half way.

DAY 42: Flight home.

Everest via Northeast Ridge (Tibet)

DAY 1: Arrival and get-together at the hotel in Kathmandu.
Meet and greet the other climbers while enjoying a beer in the hotel gardens. A great adventure awaits us, and our journey is soon to begin. You can feel the anticipation, excitement and joy.

DAY 2: Helicopter flight to Syangboche above Namche and overnight stay in nearby Khumjung at app. 3750m. During the flight we are surrounded by the impressive rocky mountains of the Himalaya.

DAY 3-8: Acclimatization at Mera Peak. Trekking to and ascent of Mera Peak.

Day 1-8: Kathmandu and journey to Everest Basecamp

DAY 9: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5330m), from where we will prepare and plan the ascent of Mount Everest.

DAY 10-21: Within these days we will reach the summit of Mount Everest. The advantage is that we have only have to climb through the Khumbu Icefall once during the ascent and descent, as we already have acclimatized to a six-thousand metre peak and therefore do not need any further acclimatization rotations. We wait for the right weather window for our first summit attempt. From Basecamp we will climb to Camp 1 and further on to Camp 2. From Camp 2 (6400m) we have Oxygen at our disposal. In Camp 3 (7160m) and 4 (8000m) we can also sleep with oxygen.  There is enough time for rest days and a second summit attempt.

Day 9-21: Mount Everest Base Camp and summit attempt

DAY 2: Last preparations and free time in Kathmandu
Those who are not yet familiar with Kathmandu will fall in love with it. 

DAY 3: Flight to Lhasa, capital of Tibet – probably one of the most stunning mountain flights in the world. You might even catch a glimpse of Everest. 

DAY 4:In the morning, there’s time for sightseeing: the Potala Palace, the former residence of the Dalai Lama and the Jokhan Monastery  which demonstrate the rich culture of this beautiful country. Later we start our journey to Shigatse (3,800m) where we will spend the night at a decent but clean hotel.

DAY 5: Transfer to Everest base camp (driver’s camp) at 5,200m. The journey leads over the Tibetan Plateau to Rongbuk Monastery where we have lunch and some time to explore. Then we move on to driver’s camp where we start preparations for the ascent.

Day 1-5: Kathmandu and journey to Everest Basecamp

DAY 6-7: Ascent to advanced base camp (ABC) at 6,400m via middle camp at 5,800m. Get-together with the ABC team and set up our tents.

DAY 8-17: We will do one rotation to North Col (7000m) and then head back to basecamp for recovery. Our Sherpa-team has already installed three high camps at 7,000m (North Col), 7,800m and 8,300m. Then we wait for a weather window for our first summit attempt.

DAY 18: After our (hopefully) successful ascent, we now have to say goodbye to our Nepalese Team. We wander back to drivers’ camp and prepare for our departure.

DAY 19-20: Transfer back to Kathmandu with probably overnight stay half way.

DAY 21: Journey home.

Day 18 - 21: return journey and flight home

Everest North Flash™

DAY 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, first get-together at the hotel. Pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel is included! The first day starts very easy – check in at the hotel, get-together with the other expedition members, a chilled beer at the terrace and feel the growing excitement for the upcoming expedition.

DAY 2: Day at leisure in Kahtmandu. For those who haven’t been here before – you will love it. Relaxing, shoppin in Thamel, culture or just soak up the flair of the city. Anyone as they wish.

DAY 3: Drive to Bhulbule (840 m) and overnight stay at the lodge.

DAYS 4-5: Drive to Dharapani 1920 m and trek to Tilje 2300 m. A beautiful hike to the basecamp with perfect acclimatization awaits us.

DAY 6: Trek to Bhimthang 3610 m

DAY 7: Acclimatization day in Bhimthang. Optional trek in the surrounding area.

DAY 8: Trek to Dharamsala 4460 m

DAY 9: Trek to Samagoan 3525 m

DAY 10: We will reach Manaslu Basecamp at. 4800m

Day 1 - 10: Arrival and Trekking to Basecamp (4.800m)

DAYS 11-36: Climbing time. The plan is to set up 3 high camps at 5.600 m, 6.550 m and 7.400 m. The last camp will probably be set up at the ascent day.

Days 11 - 36: Climbing time

DAY 37: Descent to Samagoan at 3525m

DAY 38: Trek back to Dharamsala 4460 m

DAY 39: Trek to Bhimthang 3610 m

DAY 40: Trek back to Dharapani 1920 m

DAY 41: Drive from Dharapani to Besisahar and further to Kathmandu

DAY 42: Kathmandu. We will enjoy our return to the civilization, with all its amenities while we are waiting for our equipment to arrive from the overland route.

DAY 43: End of the expedition / transfer to the airport.
