Hopefully, your flight is scheduled for an early morning landing in Uganda. Your safari will start from Entebbe airport where you will be picked up by your Driver/Guide who will brief you about your tour and then depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. 
This park is understandably Uganda’s most popular and outstanding tourist destination. The park’s diverse ecosystems, which include sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes, and fertile wetlands, make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, ten primate species including chimpanzees, and over 600 species of birds.
You will stop for lunch en route at Kayabwe for an Equator experience as well as get souvenirs from nearby craft shops, then proceed into the majestic Queen Elizabeth National Park: one of Uganda’s most outstanding tre

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP

Be up early, have breakfast, and embark on a Sunrise game drive that gives spectacular views of herbivores such as buffaloes, elephants, antelopes, and giraffes actively grazing as the nocturnals get back to the shelter after a long night of hunting.

Thereafter, return to the accommodation for lunch. After lunch, you will go for a two-hour launch trip on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes George and Edward and you will surely be fascinated by the concentrations of giant hippos, elephants, and crocodiles among others. 
You will also see many varieties of colorful birds on the water shores both migratory and indigenous species producing melody sounds. 
You will have dinner and overnight at your accommodation.

Day 2: Early Morning Game drive and launch trip along the Kazinga Channel.

Have breakfast then set off for Bwindi National Park through the Isasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park – famously known for its resident tree-climbing lions. 
The chance of spotting these lions is about 70% though sometimes they are really hard to spot (most especially when they’re down in the grassland looking for prey). Hoping you get the chance to spot them, the sight will be spectacular!
Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi is a big habitat for mountain gorillas in Uganda; harboring an estimated 400 mountain gorillas – roughly half of the world’s population, including several habituated groups, that can be tracked. Its mist-covered hillsides are blanketed by one of Uganda’s oldest and most biologically diverse rainforests, which dates back over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants. In the evening, you will have a community walk where you encounter Batwa communities who will welcome you with charming traditional dances and songs as well

Day 3: Transfer to Bwindi via the Isasha sector and enjoy a captivating Batwa cultural Experience.

After an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide, you will enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure.
 The beauty of this rainforest is remarkable! The area offers a dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. 
The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. Once you locate a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long-savored.
Return to your lodge. Have your lunch and thereafter check out for a transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Have a community encounter in the afternoon before you proceed to your lodge for relaxation. 5 Day Uganda-Gorilla & Wildlife Safari Experience.

Your safari will start from Kampala/Entebbe airport where you will be picked up by your Driver/Guide who will brief you about your tour and then depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a big habitat for mountain gorillas in Uganda harboring over 300 of them, more reason why it should be your safari destination.
The drive will take you across the Equator then to Mbarara for Lunch and through Savannah grasslands to Bwindi Impenetrable NP. The scenic drive through Kigezi Highlands [commonly referred to as “the Switzerland of Uganda”] and banana plantations take you to the gorilla Sanctuary of Bwindi NP.
You will arrive in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and will mainly do little but just check in your accommodation and relax as you prepare for the Bwindi gorilla trekking experience the next day.

Return to your lodge. Have your lunch and thereafter check out for a transfer to Lake Bunyonyi. Lake Bunyonyi is framed by lush, green-terraced hills that reach a height of (2,200 – 2,478m) but it’s the 29 islands of various shapes and sizes scattered across the water that make it most magical — you could admire them all day.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi and transfer to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation.

After breakfast, guests depart from the city and travel to their beach resort accommodations. There will be a stop en route for a spice tour. It's easy to see why Zanzibar is known as the spice island when you see spices like cinnamon, cloves, black pepper, nutmeg, and turmeric root rising in the plantations.Try some of the exotic fruits grown here, such as jack fruit, custard apple, rambutan, and carambola. Plants such as henna, lipstick tree, and lemongrass can also be found here.The guide shares his knowledge of the spices, which look very different in their natural state than they do in your local store. With your senses reeling from the aromas of this farm, it's time to head to your Ocean Paradise Beach Resort (or similar) accommodation for the next few days of relaxation on the beach.

Day 3: Zanzibar Island

You will have a relaxed breakfast then you may opt to enjoy a swim in the lake before you set off on the journey to Entebbe via Mbarara and settle at Igongo Cultural Center for lunch (Traditional dishes) but also you will have the option to visit the cultural museum here and embark on your drive to Kampala. 

You can make an en route at the Equator for more photos and pass through the gift shops to secure yourself memorabilia as a commemoration of your gorilla safari in Uganda.

Day 3: Enjoy a swim or the spectacular view of the Bunyonyi islands and exit.

3 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking

This morning, we’ll go on an early morning game drive in Serengeti National Park before returning to the lodge for breakfast. Then we proceed to the Olduvai Gorge, a deep ravine in the East African Rift Valley. We rest for a picnic lunch and game-watching along the way. The gorge is home to one of the world’s most prominent archaeological sites, which houses some of our humanoid ancestors’ earliest fossils. We go to the Olduvai Gorge Museum to see the excavated fossils of our forefathers, including Homo erectus remains dating back 1.2 million years.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater

Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you'll set out for the endless open plains and stunning skies of the Serengeti as you have your departure Tarangire game drive. Enjoy an unforgettable Serengeti game drive and late evening game drive as you meet some of the profound wildlife of Serengeti including the wildebeest. 

This afternoon is reserved for game drives through the iconic Serengeti National Park. This vast wildlife reserve is famous for the same annual migration as Masai Mara, in which over a million herbivores migrate south from the northern to southern Serengeti plains during the short rainy season (October and November), returning north after the long rainy season (April to June).
The Serengeti National Park provides excellent wildlife viewing all year, so we should see plenty of plains game and predators roaming the plains.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park - Serengeti National Park

On day seven, we eat breakfast early and descend 600 meters into the crater for an action-packed day of game viewing in this wildlife paradise.
Our 4×4 game drive takes us through the crater floor’s varied ecosystems, where we meet several wild animals.
We have a picnic lunch in the crater. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for having a high concentration of animals, with almost all wildlife species represented. Because of the high density of animal species, we can expect to see a diverse range of animals in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After our game-viewing adventure, we ascend the crater walls and embark on a transfer to Arusha before we are dropped off.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to your lodge in Nairobi.

Check out of your hotel and drive via Narok town to Maasai Mara National Reserve, the land of the Maasai tribe. The proud, young Maasai warrior-nomads with their plaited hair, red cloaks, and spears will challenge your curiosity. This 700 square-mile game reserve is Africa you know from your dreams, complete with wild animals grazing amid the superb rolling landscape of gentle hills and acacia woodlands. Check in to your lodge and enjoy lunch. There will be time to settle in before your first game drive. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the reserve and return to campfire dinner, relaxation, and overnight.

Day 2 : Drive to Maasai Mara.

After your early morning breakfast, you will leave with your picnic lunch for a full day game drive in the reserve in search of the big five as well as other numerous plain animals. You will have a lunch break in the reserve after which continue with your game drive till evening when you will return to your campsite for dinner and overnight. 
You will have an opportunity to see Lions, Cheetahs, and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search for their next meal it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog. Whatever the players. The spectacle of nature unfolding is always awe-inspiring!

Day 3 : Enjoy Masai Mara.

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Lake Nakuru in the west. You will ascend the eastern wall of the Great Rift Valley, where lush coffee and tea plantations dot the landscape. Your driver guides will give you a brief overview of coffee and tea farming in Kenya along the way and you will have a short stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photographs. You will arrive in Lake Nakuru in time for lunch, after which you will set off for a game drive in the park in search of the big five: lions, rhinos, leopards, buffaloes, and elephants. Lake Nakuru is also famous for its millions of flamingoes and migrant birds that dot its shores. Nakuru has over 425 different bird species. You will return to the hotel before dark for dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 4 : Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

Today, you enter Uganda. After your lovely breakfast, you will depart Nakuru for Jinja, driving across the Malaba border. You will tour the source of the Nile River, the world’s longest. It begins its journey here before crossing through ten African countries and plunging into the Mediterranean Sea. Jinja town is regarded as the adventure capital of East Africa. It is a place brimming with adventure sports and activities, including the popular white water rafting, bungee jumping, and kayaking.

Day 5 : Lake Nakuru to Jinja

After your breakfast you will drive down to Kabale, Uganda’s highest town (2000m), witnessing beautiful, lush scenery along the way. We will camp at Lake Bunyonyi, Africa’s deepest crater lake (900m). Bunyonyi means “place of the little birds”, so you can expect to view interesting and unique bird life while staying here. You arrive at Lake Bunyonyi in the afternoon after which you embark on a thrilling boat ride to explore the Lake of a Thousand Islands.

Day 6: Jinja to Lake Bunyonyi Via Kabale

Undertaking the gorilla trekking experience in the hilly forested landscapes of Bwindi is such a lifetime endeavor that will create lasting memories. You gather at the respective park headquarters for briefing at 8 a.m. where you are also allocated the respective gorilla families to track. The encounter takes 2 – 8 hours depending on the gorilla movements and one hour is availed to you to have a direct touch with the gorillas. Upon approaching gorillas, their reaction is not predictable as it can include them giving you a courteous welcome, minding less about you, and charging against you. Retreat from the activity and undertake an afternoon Batwa pygmies encounter.

Day 7: Gorilla tracking in Bwindi

The journey to Queen Elizabeth will take you through your experience of the tree-climbing lion sector of Ishasha en route as you proceed to the lodging of your choice in Ishasha or around the Mweya part of Queen Elizabeth National Park.
After having your lovely lunch and a little relaxation, you will embark on a remarkable afternoon game drive in search of the park's mammals including lions, leopards, elephants, hyenas, bush pigs, monkeys, warthogs, and antelopes of different kids. Retreat from this activity and proceed to your lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 10: Transfer to Kampala via the Equator

10-Day Maasai Mara & Uganda Gorilla Trekking Tour

Today, visitors who have just joined our Kilimanjaro Trek will be transported back to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Today is Day 1 of the Safari itinerary for visitors visiting our Friendly Adventure Safari, so we can quit early and move to our first day's activities.

Day 10: Farewell to Kilimanjaro

We will pick you up at the airport and transport you to our hotel in the nearby city of Moshi for the next two nights. You can unwind from your journey by the beach, in your bed, or on the rooftop viewing area and lounge. If we're fortunate, the clouds will part and we'll get our first sight of Mount Kilimanjaro at sunset. Following dinner, your lead guide will hold a complete orientation meeting to go through the itinerary information, gear and packaging details, and health considerations, and to address any questions you might have. Drink plenty of water during the day, as flying and moving will dehydrate you. Self-care starts right away, and we want you to be as prepared as possible for our ascent of the peak!

Day 1: Arrival

After breakfast at our hotel, we'll take a shuttle to the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, to the village of Materuni. We'll start with a short hike to an impressive waterfall along the Mware River. Today's hiking aids in acclimatization though remaining moderately strenuous after your long journey. Materuni Falls, formed by melting ice and snow streaming from the mountain's summit, plunges over 220 feet! We'll stop at these magnificent falls for a nice rest, a dip if you want, and a nutritious picnic lunch before returning to the village. When we return to the village, we will visit a coffee plantation to see how the popular Arabica and Robusta coffee beans are grown. You will be given a wonderful cup of rich and aromatic coffee that is as new as it can be and served by the Chagga citizens, who have the reputation of being Tanzania's best farmers. After this cultural experience, we'll return to the hotel to unwind until dinner. Let some rest; our expedition starts tomorrow!

Day 2: Begin your adventure.

Today marks the formal launch of our Kilimanjaro exploration! We travel for around 3 hours to the village of Nale Moru (6,397′), where our trek starts. After meeting our whole crew and team in Nale Moru, we will have a hot lunch. Our porters will organise and prepare our gear for the hike, and once everything is prepared and set, we will begin our trek. We'll begin our hike on a path that climbs gently and steadily through the lovely, temperate forests that cover Kilimanjaro's foothills. Along the way, we could see some wildlife: Colobus Monkeys, as well as a variety of birds, snakes, and gazelles, are common. We continue hiking until we reach Simba Camp (8,500′), where we will spend the night. We'll have breathtaking views of Kenya's plains while enjoying a tasty meal and a peaceful evening, as we face north.

Day 3: The official launch of your expedition

When you wake up on Kilimanjaro with Wildland, you'll have a hot drink of your choosing brought to your bed, as well as a warm bowl of water to wash your hands and face. What a great way to begin the day! So there's a nutritious snack to see us through the rest of the day. Today we hike up the trail and are rewarded with spectacular views of Kibo Peak and the Eastern Ice Fields from the crater rim. Arriving at our camp by lunch helps us to unwind for a while and offers our bodies time to acclimate before an afternoon hike to higher elevations, which will help us acclimate even further. Anything we do on the mountain is planned to get us ready for our summit attempt. This involves constant self-care, good acclimatization activities, and climbing "pole, pole," which translates to "slowly, slowly" in Swahili.

Day 4: View the Kibo peak

We'll gear up after our morning beverages and a full breakfast to walk towards the jagged peaks of Mawenzi. Our trek through the open moorlands proceeds until we enter a small group of caves formed by ancient lava flows. We will visit these caves momentarily (optional) before making our final push to camp and our awaited lunch. Arriving at camp for lunch, once again, provides time to rest and recover until another afternoon acclimatization hike. The sights from tonight's camp are breathtaking, and the sunset can not be overlooked. As night falls, the lights of tiny Kenyan villages dot the horizon below us. Before your guide's evening review and health assessment, a warm dinner and beverages are offered.

Day 5: Hike to Mawezi Peak

After breakfast, we leave Kikelewa Cave and climb to the Mawenzi Tarn campsite (14,114 ft.) Today's hike is pretty easy, and we'll be back at camp before lunch. The views from this campsite are breathtaking. Following a hot lunch, we'll go for an acclimatization walk in the local region to soak in some of the scenery from our amazing vantage point. We'll be back at camp with plenty of time to wash up until dinner.

Day 6: Continue the ascent towards Mawezi.

After a full meal, we leave camp early this morning with stunning views of Mawenzi and Kibo Peaks. Hiking above 14,000 feet can be difficult, so we'll take our time and begin our trek through the high-altitude desert to our base camp at Kibo Hut. As we arrive at base camp about midday, we'll eat lunch and then relax in our tents until an early dinner at 6 pm. Your guides will administer a final briefing and health assessment after dinner. And we retire for our last rest and sleep before attempting the summit. We'll get up at about 11:30 p.m. to have some hot beverages and snacks before beginning our climb to Kilimanjaro's summit at Uruhu Peak!

Day 7: Begin your ascent to Uruhu Mountain.

We'll just carry what we need for our summit attempt. Typically, the sky is bright and star-studded. It's a beautiful day to be on the mountain. We'll keep hiking until we hit the crater's edge at Gillman's Point (18,885 feet). Following that, we will traverse the crater rim to Stella Point (18,652′), where a few trails will converge to begin the final climb to Mt. Kilimanjaro's summit, Uhuru Peak (19,340′). At the summit, we'll take selfies and bask in the glory of our accomplishments. Any hikers consider this to be one of the most memorable half-hours of their lives, looking down on the valleys and woods that surround Kilimanjaro as the sun rises. We'll start our descent back to basecamp after taking photos at Uhuru Peak. We will rest and eat lunch at basecamp before starting our 3-hour (gentle) descent to Horombo camp (12,208′) along the famous and common Marangu trail. NOTE: This is a long day, and most guests are exhausted by the time they arrive at base camp and walk to Horombo.

Day 8: Continue your adventure as you hike

Today is the final day of our Mt. Kilimanjaro trek, and it has been a long and breathtaking hike across a continuously shifting landscape. We take a long break at the Mandara Huts along the way before going down. This tropical region is often visited by groups of Blue monkeys, as well as perhaps the rarer Colobus monkeys. We'll be descending to the park's Marangu gate entry, where the Marangu path starts and finishes. When we arrive, we'll be served a hot lunch. Those who have reached the summit of Kilimanjaro, climbed to Stella Point, or Gilliman's Point, can receive official certificates from the Park before saying farewell to your mountain team in traditional Kilimanjaro fashion, complete with songs and dances! 
Tonight, we return to Moshi and stop at the Kilimanjaro Wonders Hotel for one more celebratory dinner to top off this once-in-a-lifetime trip!

Day 9: Arrive at Stella or Gillimans Stage and bid farewell.

10-Day Kilimanjaro Hiking Tour

Transfer straight to Lake Manyara National Park, a small but diverse park 120km west of Arusha. Everything you’ll see here is on a different scale. It is both compact (this is one of the narrowest parks in Africa) and epic (the Great Rift Escarpment towers over Lake Manyara’s western boundary). The park’s namesake is a shallow, Salt Lake. It covers a large area of the park, flooding and drying with the seasons, and is home to thousands of wading birds (including flamingos and over 500 other bird species). You may see baboons and elephants in the park’s thick evergreen forest and watch for the tree-climbing lions that have become famous throughout Africa.

Day 1: Arusha (pre-safari) and transfer to Lake Manyara.

Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater which is considered one of the Wonders of the Natural World. The crater spreads for 102 sq miles and has 2,000 ft high walls, making it virtually Noah's ark and inhabiting almost every species of wildlife that is indigenous to East Africa. It's one of the very rare locations in the whole continent where you can witness the black rhino. The crater has a river, several swamps, a soda lake with a great concentration of flamingos, a forest, and open plains. It's also famous for its elephants which are the largest in the world and have huge tusks. Ngorongoro Crater is truly a Wonder of the Natural World. We will start the day very early with a transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Day 2: Lake Manyara to Ngorongoro Crater.

On this second last day, we eat breakfast early and descend 600 meters into the crater for an action-packed day of game viewing in this wildlife paradise.
Our 4×4 game drive takes us through the crater floor’s varied ecosystems, where we meet several wild animals.
We have a picnic lunch in the crater.  Then we proceed to the Olduvai Gorge, a deep ravine in the East African Rift Valley. We rest for a picnic lunch and game-watching along the way. The gorge is home to one of the world’s most prominent archaeological sites, which houses some of our humanoid ancestors’ earliest fossils. We go to the Olduvai Gorge Museum to see the excavated fossils of our forefathers, including Homo erectus remains dating back 1.2 million years. After this encounter to proceed for an evening sundowner game viewing before checking in at your Serengeti lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti National Park from Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you'll set out for the endless open plains and stunning skies of the Serengeti as you have your departure Ngorongoro game drive. Enjoy an unforgettable Serengeti game drive. Afterward, we'll proceed on a transfer to Arusha, or whatever your next amazing destination might be (i.e. Zanzibar). Alternatively, instead of this early morning game drive, you may choose to stay at the camp for a bit of relaxation.
