Our Himlung Expedition in Nepal is led by seasoned expedition leaders who have extensive knowledge of the region and are certified mountaineers. They ensure a safe and successful journey, providing guidance and support throughout the expedition.
Expert Sherpa Support:
A team of highly skilled Sherpas, familiar with the Himlung region, will accompany you. They assist in navigating challenging terrains, setting up high-altitude camps, and ensuring the overall safety and success of the expedition.
Climbing Permits and Documentation:
We handle all the necessary paperwork, including obtaining climbing permits and other essential documentation required for the Himlung Expedition. This ensures a hassle-free experience for our clients.
Logistics and Transportation:
Our comprehensive services include organizing transportation to and from the base camp, as well as managing the logistics of equipment, food, and supplies. We aim to make your expedition as comfortable and efficient as possible.

Exclusions
Personal Climbing Gear:
Participants are responsible for bringing their personal climbing gear, including mountaineering boots, harnesses, and other personal items. This allows climbers to use equipment they are familiar with and ensures a proper fit.
International and Domestic Flights:
The cost of international and domestic flights to and from Nepal is not included in the expedition package. Participants are responsible for making their travel arrangements to and from the designated meeting point.
Personal Expenses:
Expenses of a personal nature, such as additional meals, beverages, communication services, and personal gear beyond the specified requirements, are not covered. Participants should budget for these additional costs.
Insurance:
Comprehensive travel and expedition insurance, including medical evacuation and trip cancellation coverage, is not included. Participants must arrange suitable insurance coverage independently.
Tips and Gratuities:
Tips for guides, Sherpas, and support staff are not included in the expedition cost. Participants are encouraged to show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of the team through gratuities, which are at their discretion.
Additional Acclimatization Days:
Any extra acclimatization days beyond the scheduled itinerary are not included. If additional days are needed due to unforeseen circumstances or personal preferences, participants are responsible for the associated costs.
