Itinerary

Lukla (2,860m / 9,383ft) and trek to Phakding 2,610 m (8,560 ft)
We start our adventure with an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. If the weather permits, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of Nepal's majestic mountain ranges during the flight. After landing in Lukla, we begin a short trek, descending towards the Dudh Khosi River until we reach the charming village of Phakding, where we'll spend the night.
Namche Bazaar (3,440m / 11,286ft)
Today, we set off towards Namche Bazaar, the largest town in the region and the gateway to Everest. The trail follows the Khumbu River, crossing it several times before we start ascending from Jangbu. As we ascend, we'll be rewarded with stunning views of the mountain valleys. After a half-day of climbing, the trail becomes steeper until we reach Namche Bazaar. On the way, we can stop at Everest View Point to catch a glimpse of the mighty peak in all its glory. We'll spend the night in Namche Bazaar.
Rest and Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar
Take this day to relax and acclimatize to the higher altitude. Namche Bazaar offers plenty of options for exploration and keeping yourself occupied.
Tengboche (3,870m / 12,697ft)
Our trek resumes as we head towards Tengboche. The trail involves traversing steep paths, suspension bridges, and forests, offering stunning views of the Himalayas along the way. We'll pass by Buddhist stupas and monasteries as we make our way to Tengboche, where we'll spend the night.
Dingboche (4,410m / 14,468ft)
Today, we trek towards Dingboche. The trail starts with a relatively easy downhill stretch through pristine forests with breathtaking valley views. We'll pass through Deboche and cross a large suspension bridge to reach Pangboche. Be cautious as the trail can be slippery. A steep ascent awaits us before we finally reach Dingboche, where the mighty Everest stands in the background.
Rest and Acclimatization in Dingboche
Take a day to rest and acclimatize in Dingboche while exploring the beautiful village and immersing yourself in the local culture.
Lobuche (4,940m / 16,207ft)
We resume our trek and head towards Lobuche. As we continue, the landscape gradually changes to a more barren and rocky terrain. The trail ascends through a ridge, passing through Thukla and Dugla Pass before reaching Lobuche, where we'll rest for the day. The stunning mountain views and small villages, including Pheriche, will make the challenging trek worthwhile.
Everest Base Camp (5,364m / 17,598ft)
An early start is essential today as we aim to reach Everest Base Camp. We make a steady climb, passing the Khumbu Glacier and the Italian Pyramid Research Center. The trek can be challenging due to the thin air at this altitude. The trail ascends gently until we reach Gorakshep, our destination for the day. After checking into our lodge, we continue towards Everest Base Camp, savoring the incredible moment and the views. Congratulations, you've made it! We return to Gorakshep for the night.
Kala Pathar (5,545m / 18,192ft) and Descent to Pheriche (4,371 m /14,341 ft)
We wake up early, around 4 am, and trek to Kala Pathar, where we'll witness an awe-inspiring sunrise over Mount Everest. Although Everest Base Camp was our primary goal, the view of Everest from Kala Pathar is truly extraordinary. After enjoying the spectacular scenery, we descend back to Gorakshep and continue our trek downhill to Pheriche, where we'll spend the night.
Namche Bazaar (3,440m / 11,286ft)
We continue our descent from Tengboche and make our way towards Namche Bazaar, where we'll spend the night.
Lukla (2,860m / 9,383ft)
Our journey takes us to Pakhding, following the Dudh Kosi River until we reach Lukla, our final destination in the Everest region. We'll spend the night in Lukla.
Fly back to Kathmandu (1,400 m/4,600 ft)
Today, we bid farewell to the Everest region and catch a morning flight back to Kathmandu from Lukla. Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy your incredible adventure in the Everest region!
