Later in the day, you will have the opportunity to meet with your experienced trekking or climbing guide, who will provide you with a comprehensive briefing about the upcoming adventure, including safety guidelines and a detailed itinerary overview. This initial meeting will help you prepare for the exciting journey ahead and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Sighseeing around Kathmandu and Trek Preparation
On this day, immerse yourself in Kathmandu's rich culture and history. Begin with visits to iconic landmarks like the Swayambhunath Stupa, affectionately known as the Monkey Temple, and the magnificent Boudhanath Stupa. You'll also pay your respects at the sacred Pashupatinath Temple. After absorbing the cultural treasures, return to your accommodations for a final gear check and meticulous preparations, ensuring that you're fully equipped and ready for the challenging climb ahead on Chulu West Peak.
Kathmandu to Besisahar
The adventurous journey commences as you embark on a scenic road journey from Kathmandu to Besisahar, nestled at an altitude of 760 meters. You'll be traveling in a private vehicle, and the drive typically spans around 6 to 7 hours. After a day of picturesque landscapes and winding roads, you'll settle in for an overnight stay in Besisahar.
Besisahar to Chame (2,710 meters)
Today, you'll embark on a picturesque journey from Besisahar to Chame. This drive is a delightful scenic route that unfolds over approximately 5-6 hours, allowing you to soak in the stunning landscapes of the Himalayan region. Your day will culminate with an overnight stay in the charming town of Chame, nestled at an altitude of 2,710 meters, where you can rest and prepare for the exciting adventures that lie ahead.
Chame to Pisang (3,200m)
From Chame, you'll officially begin your trek from Chame towards the enchanting destination of Pisang. This leg of the trek promises a visual feast as it unveils the breathtaking panoramas of both the Annapurna and Manaslu mountain ranges. You'll be captivated by the majestic peaks that surround you as you make your way through this stunning terrain. Acclimatization day at Pisang

After a day of trekking, you'll arrive in Manang, where you can unwind and savor a more comfortable evening in the milder mountain climate. Your overnight stay will be in Manang, providing you with a well-deserved rest before continuing your journey.
Manang to Besisahar
Today, you'll embark on a challenging trek from Manang to Besisahar. Be prepared for a full day of hiking through the picturesque Himalayan landscapes. Upon reaching Besisahar, you'll settle in for a well-deserved overnight stay.
Besisahar to Kathmandu
From Besisahar you'll have a scenic drive back to the vibrant city of Kathmandu. This journey will provide you with a chance to reflect on your incredible adventure. In the evening, indulge in a well-deserved farewell dinner in Kathmandu to celebrate the successful completion of your Chulu West Peak climb, sharing stories and memories with your fellow trekkers and guides.
Departure
Today is the farewell day and you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Chulu West Peak climbing adventure.
