Sherpa Expeditions and Trekking invites you on the most classic and popular treks in the world - the Annapurna Circuit or around Annapurna. It has been the most famous trekking area in Nepal since the early 1970s. It is the most exciting and widely trekked route in the whole Himalaya range and probably in the world. It offers grand views of the three highest 8000m plus mountains; Mt. Annapurna,  Mt. Dhaulagiri and Mt. Manaslu, including many snow-capped peaks of 6000 to 7000m.

The trail follows the Marsyangdi River all the way to its source at the glacial lake in Manang and beyond. The journey passes through rural farm villages, terraced farm fields and traditional villages from sub-tropic climates to arctic landscapes. The Sherpa Expeditions and Trekking trip on the Annapurna Circuit, and around Annapurna adventure leads to the top of Thorungla at the highest point of this trip at 5,416 meters / 17,740 ft.

From here the trail descends most of the way to Pokhara passing through the holy site of Muktinath. The Muktinath holy water-spouts are one of the sources of the Kali Gandaki River. This grand panoramic trek follows the world’s deepest gorge - the Kali Gandaki River valley passing the charming and quaint villages of Jomsom, Marpha-Tukuche, and Tatopani (hot spring), ending the trek at Pokhara, the tourism capital of Nepal.

The dramatic deep valleys, charming traditional villages, Buddhist culture, and mountain scenery are a few of the highlights of this spectacular trek. Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival Kathmandu airport pick up to hotel , over night at Kathmandu
After we arrive at Kathmandu International Airport, our airport representative from Trekking Guide Team Adventure will wait for you with a play card help you to transfer to hotel. At hotel, you can just relax. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 02: Sightseeing Tour in Kathmandu Valley (Swayambhunath, Boudhanath and Pashupatinath Temple &Patan durbar square and over night at Kathmandu
We will have sightseeing in Kathmandu on this day. You will visit some of the main spots enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Especially, you will go to Pashupatinath temple, a renowned Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located on the coast of the Bagmati River; Swayambhunath (Monkey temple) located on the hill holds Buddha’s eyes on the four sides of the stupa; Boudhanath, another major Buddhist stupa on the earth; and Patan Durbar Square which allures visitors with its antique royal palace where the Malla Kings of Lalitpur once resided. Over night at Kathmandu.

Day 03: Early in the morning Drive to Kathmandu to Bhulbhule by private car or by local bus 7hr (840m), over Night at tea house
We will head to Bhulbhule on this day from Kathmandu by private car along with Trishuli river and Marsyangdi River. Before reaching Bhulbhule we will walk on a suspension bridge and continue walk through wonderful terrace farm to reach Ngadi community. After driving for around 7 ours, we will reach at Bhulbhule where we will get the chance to get pleasure in more than a few peaks like LamjungHimal, Manaslu, Peak 29(NadiChuli) etc. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 04: Hiking up to Jajat village 5hr(1300m) over Night at tea house
On this day we will hike to Jagat village taking 5 hours. Walking ahead, on this day we will notice the steep V-shape picture of Marsyangdi valley. Then, we will walk on the zigzag peak path from side to side with Syange and descend down to the riverside. Plus, the path gets carved into the steep cliff-face in above the river bed. We will descend to the stony Jagat village. Jagat is a small village where Tamang as well as Gurung people reside. It takes around approx. two hours to reach the following place. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 05: Hiking up to Danakyu , 5hr ( 2300m) over Night at tea house
On this day, we will walk ahead from Jagat to get to Danakyu lying at the altitude of 2300m. We will on the way reach a set named Bagarchhap taking around an hour after passing by fir and pines wooded area. Also, here you can visit a white-colored gompa (monastery). From here we will carry on walking to reach Danakyu which takes approximately an hour. At Danakyu the stunning views of Mt. Manaslu and Peak 29 will captivate you. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 06: Hiking up to Chame 5hr (2670m),( District Headquarter of Manang ) over Night at tea house
On this day, we will hike up to Chame taking approximately 5 hours. On the way the renowned Dudh Khola started off from the south face of Mt Manaslu. We will also notice the Marsyangdi veering to the left side where stunning peak view of Annapurna II also allures you. Then after, we will we arrive to the district headquarter of Manang district named as Chame lying on the bank of river. Overnight at teahouse.

Day 07: Hiking up to upper Pisang 5hr ( 3300m) over Night at tea house,
We will today walk to Upper Pisang lying at the height of3300m. We will begin our walk early in the morning from Chame on this day to witness the dazzling view of Lamjung Himal (6893m) and the first rays of sun over the beautiful peak is even more alluring . As we reach Brathangs village, a marvelous waterfall can be seen. Pisang is located in the heart of the Pisang peak which is one of the admired peaks to climb. Plus, the views the north-east peak of Pisang and of Annapurna II appears spectacular. Then before arriving at Pisang, we will see long mani wall next to the bridge. Overnight at tea house.

Day 08: Hiking up to Ghyaru village and to see excellent view Annapurna two, Annapurna three,& Trek to manang village 6hr (3540m) over night at tea house.
On this day, we will walk ahead from Pisang to Ghyaru Village. En-route, we will get to notice spectacular views of Annapurna II and III. Then, we will then walk to Manang Village taking approximately 6 hours. We can then get the chance to see the wonderful trail filled with grass lands. The path also bestows several unbelievable vistas of the Annapurna Himalayan range. We will also make way up to the Nawal to capture the best panorama of Annapurna. Overnight at tea house.

Day 09: Rest Day explore Manang village, over Night at tea house
This day, we will stay in Manang to get properly acclimatized with the high altitude. According to the health experts, altitude sickness can be avoided through acclimatization process. In Manang village, we will explore around along with simply resting. The beautiful Gangapurna Lake in Manang will completely mesmerize you. You may also optionally visit Mountaineering school which presents basic mountaineering training. Overnight at tea house

Day 10: Hiking up to Ledar 4hr (4200m) over Night at tea house
Early morning, we will walk ahead from Manang to Ledar on this day which lies at the altitude 4200m. While trekking, the wonderful views of Annapurna will accompany you all the way. Moreover, we can see Himchuli, Peak 29 behind us. We will then ascend passing by Gunsang village where we will traverse Gundon River via a wooden bridge to reach Ledar. Overall, we will on this day walk for around 4 hours.

Day 11: Hiking up to Thorung Phedi 3hr (4450m) Over Night at tea house
Today we will ascend steadily to an edge prior to move down to the headwaters of the Marsyangdi River crossing through a wooden bridge. Also, we have a narrow track across an unsteady hill and then trip up to Thorung La Phedi taking around 3 hours. Overnight at tea house.

Day 12: Hiking up to Thorung -La pass 8hr (5416m) trek down to Muktinath, over Night at tea house.
Leaving Ledar, we will walk ahead gradually upward to a crest prior to moving down to the Marsyangdi River. We will traverse the river via a wooden bridge. After climbing up for some time, we will walk on the mountain trail on the right shore of the river. After that, we will have a trail that is narrow and moves crossways through a wobbly incline and then fall down to Thorang La Pass at 5416m. Also, we will move down to Muktinath which means God of Salvation taking approximately 5 hours. Muktinath is considered as a holy set for Buddhists as well as Hindus. Here you will notice water flowing from 108 fixed spouts and a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Overnight at tea house

Day 13: Trek to Jomsom 5hr (2700m) over Night at tea house.
We will downward from Muktinath to the striking Kali Gandaki valley, initially through dried up area. After crossing from side to side with the settlements like Khingar and Jharkot filled with archetypal Tibetan architecture, we will be rewarded with wonderful views of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri on the way. Similarly, we continue all the way through apple orchards until we reach Marpha. Then finally, we will trek to Jomsom actually is a big set stretched next to both coasts of the Kali Gandaki River. Overnight at tea house.

Day 14: Trek to Kalopani 7 hr (2330m) over Night at tea house.
On this day, we will walk to Kalopani taking around 7 hours. We will be walking side by side with the west side of the river. After that, we will pass by the novel street all the way through alluring Thakali Villages with wide smooth streets and decorated houses. We will also pass all the way through the river in Koketanti. Then, we will catch a stony path through grazing ground to Kalopani. Kalopani is a very neat town cuddling below the Dhaulagiri Icefall.

Day 15: Trek to Tatopani 5hr (1,00m) over Night at tea house.
We will move ahead from Kalopani to reach at Tatopani taking around 5 hours. We will also notice Rukse Chhahara, near to a huge cascade on the way. We will carry on walking down towards the lowest valley on earth named Tatopani meaning hot water. Here we can bathe in the hot springs and refresh ourselves. Overnight at tea house.

Day 16: Trek to Ghorepani 6 hr (2,800m) over Night at tea house.
On this day, we will trek to Ghorepani moving on from Tatopani. Ghorepani lies at the altitude of 2860m and takes around 6 hours to reach there. In addition, we will walk passing by grazing scenery and cultivated areas from side to side with oak and rhododendron woods. We will then finally reach Ghorepani. At Ghorepani, the most superb sights of sunset over the striking, snow-white Annapurna Range as well as Mt Dhaulagiri can be seen. Overnight at tea house

Day 17:   Trek to Nayapul 6 hr Drive back to Pokhara.
Trekking for 6 hours, we will walk down for around for 4 hours to reach Nayapul passing the grazing lands in Modi River valley. We wander downhill witnessing green cultivated and wonderfully conserved farms to Modi River. Then, we will return back to Nayapul. Subsequently we will drive back to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel.

Day 18:  Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus
Early in the morning, we will drive back to Kathmandu. After that, we will transfer to our hotel in Kathmandu. At hotel, you can just relax or go for last minute shopping. Overnight in hotel.

Day 19: Morning Breakfast. Departure transfer to Kathmandu Airport
This is you last day in Nepal. You will leave Nepal with wonderful memories and awe-inspiring time spent in the Annapurna Himalayan region. Our staff will transfer you to airport for your departure.
