Itinerary

Arrival in Kathmandu
On your arrival in Kathmandu, a representative from Bold Himalaya will pick you up in a private vehicle and transfer you to the specific Hotel. In the evening, your guide will provide all the details regarding the climbing expedition. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Preparation
On this day, you'll be touring around the Kathmandu Valley. You can visit different historical and cultural sites in Kathmandu obtain all the necessary permits and check the equipment. Check all the packing items and be prepared for the trek and climb. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Drive to Syabrubesi (1,550 meters)
Early morning, after breakfast, you'll take a scenic ride from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi. The drive will take approximately 7-8 hours, you can enjoy the scenic views along the way. Overnight at Syabrubesi.
Trek to Lama Hotel (2,380 meters)
After having breakfast at Syabrubesi, the trekking journey begins towards the Lama Hotel. The trail passes through the lush forests and beautiful landscapes. Overnight at Lama Hotel.
Trek to Langtang Village (3,307 meters)
The journey takes you further into the enchanting Langtang Valley. As you continue your trek, you'll meander through charming villages, immersing yourself in the rich local culture and traditions that grace this region. Your day's adventure concludes as you reach Langtang Village, where you'll spend the night, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Himalayas.
Trek to Kyanjin Gompa (3,798 meters)
Today, the trek leads you to Kyanjin Gompa, which marks the final settlement nestled within this picturesque valley. As you ascend, be prepared to immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains. Your day will culminate with a tranquil evening spent in the cozy embrace of Kyanjin Gompa.
Acclimatization day
On Day 7, you'll take a well-deserved rest and acclimatization break in the serene surroundings of Kyanjin Gompa. This pause in your journey allows your body to adjust to the increasing altitude. During the day, you'll embark on short hikes in the vicinity, enjoying the breathtaking mountain landscapes and absorbing the local culture. Additionally, you'll use this day to further prepare for the challenging Yala Peak climb ahead, making sure you have all the necessary gear and are mentally ready for the adventure. Your overnight stay will be in the peaceful setting of Kyanjin Gompa, where you'll recharge for the upcoming challenges.
Yala Peak Base Camp (4,800 meters)
After breakfast, you'll embark on the ascent to Yala Peak Base Camp, located at an altitude of 4,800 meters. Upon arrival, you'll establish your campsite, ensuring all necessary equipment is in place. This day is dedicated to rest and rigorous preparation in anticipation of the impending summit bid. As the sun sets, you'll retire for the night at Yala Peak Base Camp, knowing that the summit adventure awaits you on the morrow.
Yala Peak Summit (5,732 meters) and Return to Base Camp
Early morning, you'll begin the most challenging part of your expedition with an early morning start. As the first light of day breaks over the Himalayas, you'll embark on your summit push, aiming to conquer the towering Yala Peak, which stands at an impressive altitude of 5,732 meters (18,806 feet). The exhilarating climb rewards you with breathtaking panoramic views from the summit. After relishing the awe-inspiring vistas and achieving your goal, you'll make your descent, carefully retracing your steps back to the welcoming embrace of the Yala Peak Base Camp. Here, you'll rest and rejuvenate, savoring the memories of your triumphant ascent while preparing for the next leg of your adventure. The night will be spent at the familiar confines of the Yala Peak Base Camp, surrounded by the tranquility of the high Himalayas.
Reserve Day for Summit or Descend to Kyanjin Gompa
This day, your plan will depend on the outcome of the summit attempt on Day 9. If the summit was not achieved on the previous day, you will make another attempt on Day 10. However, if you successfully reach the summit on Day 9, you will begin your descent back to Kyanjin Gompa on this day. Either way, you will spend the night in Kyanjin Gompa.
Trek Back to Lama Hotel
Today, your journey will take you back to Lama Hotel. As you descend along the familiar trails, you'll have the opportunity to savor the breathtaking scenery that surrounds you. The majestic landscapes and serene beauty of the region will continue to captivate you as you make your way back. You'll spend the night at Lama Hotel, where you can reflect on your incredible adventure and rest in the tranquil mountain atmosphere.
Trek to Syabrubesi
You will retrace your steps and trek back to Syabrubesi, where your exhilarating Yala Peak climb journey began. This is a time to reflect on and celebrate the successful ascent you've achieved. A sense of accomplishment will fill the air as you enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow climbers and take in the memories created during this adventure. You'll spend the night in Syabrubesi, reminiscing about the incredible experiences you've had in the Langtang region.
Return to Kathmandu
On this day, you'll journey back to the bustling city of Kathmandu. The scenic drive provides a chance to reflect on your Yala Peak adventure and take in more of Nepal's stunning landscapes. Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, a special farewell dinner awaits, where you can savor local cuisine and share stories of your expedition with fellow adventurers. Afterward, you'll spend your final night in Kathmandu, reminiscing about your memorable journey in the Himalayas.
Departure
It's time to bid farewell to Nepal. After completing your check-out formalities at the hotel, you will be promptly transferred to the airport for your departure. This marks the end of your Yala Peak climbing adventure, and you can carry with you the memories of the breathtaking Himalayan landscapes and the sense of achievement from reaching the summit. Safe travels!
