Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu, Nepal's capital. Meet your trekking guide and prepare for the trek. Explore Kathmandu's cultural and historical sites.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Taplejung (Suketar)
Take a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Suketar (Taplejung). Begin the trek with a short hike to Lalikharka.
Day 3: Lalikharka to Khesewa (2,100m)
Trek through lush forests and charming villages. Reach Khesewa for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Khesewa to Mamankhe (1,920m)
Continue the descent through terraced fields and small settlements. Arrive in Mamankhe for the night.
Day 5: Mamankhe to Yamphudin (1,650m)
Descend further to the Tamur River. Trek along the river to reach Yamphudin, a picturesque village.
Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Yamphudin
Take a rest day for acclimatization. Explore the local culture and traditions.
Day 7: Yamphudin to Amjilosa (2,308m)
Begin ascending through forests and rhododendron groves. Reach Amjilosa for the night.
Day 8: Amjilosa to Gyabla (2,730m)
Trek along the Ghunsa River. Experience changing landscapes with more alpine vegetation.
Day 9: Gyabla to Ghunsa (3,595m)
Trek to Ghunsa, a Tibetan-influenced village. Rest and acclimatize in preparation for higher altitudes.
Day 10: Acclimatization Day in Ghunsa
Take a rest day in Ghunsa. Explore the village and enjoy the local culture.
Day 11: Ghunsa to Kambachen (4,050m)
Ascend through rugged terrain to Kambachen. Enjoy stunning views of Jannu Peak and other Himalayan giants.
Day 12: Kambachen to Lhonak (4,780m)
Trek through a barren landscape with panoramic mountain views. Reach Lhonak, a small settlement.
Day 13: Lhonak to Pangpema (Kanchenjunga North Base Camp) (5,160m)
Hike to Pangpema, the North Base Camp of Kanchenjunga. Witness breathtaking views of the massive Kanchenjunga massif.
Day 14: Trek back to Kambachen
Descend to Kambachen for the overnight.
Day 15: Kambachen to Ghunsa
Trek back to Ghunsa through familiar terrain.
Day 16: Ghunsa to Sele La (4,290m)
Begin ascending towards the Sele La Pass. Camp near the pass for acclimatization.
Day 17: Sele La to Tseram (3,870m)
Cross the Sele La Pass and descend to Tseram.
Day 18: Tseram to Ramche (4,360m)
Trek to Ramche, the South Base Camp of Kanchenjunga. Enjoy close-up views of the mountains.
Day 19: Ramche to Amjilosa
Descend to Amjilosa, retracing your steps.
Day 20: Amjilosa to Suketar and Return to Kathmandu
Trek back to Suketar and take a domestic flight to Kathmandu. Celebrate the completion of the trek in Kathmandu.
