Itinerary

Kathmandu to Lukla flight and trek to Phakding
Early morning after breakfast transfer to Kathmandu airport in domestic terminal to fly over Lukla, a gateway destination for trekking in Everest Region. After 40 minutes adventurous and scenic view flight we reach in the Tenzing Hillary Airport at Lukla. Here we meet our other crew members and then we begin our first day easy trek through forest, villages and along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 2,652m/8,700ft Flight Duration: 40 mins Trek Duration: 3-4 hrs
Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon arrival in the Kathmandu Airport (TIA), you will be welcomed and greeted by our representative and then transfer to the hotel. Phakding to Namche Bazaar
Today also we follow the Dudh Koshi River and cross suspension bridges many times, one of which is the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. On the way, we can see the beautiful view of Mt Thamserku (6618m). Passing through the small village of Benkar, Chumoa, Monjo we enter in to the Sagarmatha National Park. We cross the last village of Jorsale before Namche and then gradual walk through the forest and bridges until we reach the confluence of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi Rivers (Larja Dobhan). After then about 2 hours steep climb we reach Chautara from where we get the first sight of Mt. Everest. From there another 1.5 hours easy walking bring us to Namche Bazzar, the gate way to Mt. Everest and the main trading center. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 3,440m/11,280ft Trek Duration: 5-6 hrs
Namche Bazaar: Rest day
After 2 days walking we take a rest in Namche Bazaar to acclimatize the body. It is recommended to stay active during rest day also which helps to acclimatize our body quickly. Walking little high altitude around 100 ft will help to acclimatize properly. Morning we do hike in Thame and later explore Namche Bazzar. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Namche Bazaar to Tengboche
Today, the trail has gradual ups and downs with the magnificent view of the Himalayas and Musk Deer, Monal, Blue Sheep may come across on our way while walking through the jungle. We begin the day with a gradual walk down up to Kayanguma, passing by Tenzing Norgye Memorial Stupa and viewing massive Ama Dablam, Lhotse Shar, Taboche, Thamserku more snowcapped peaks. After then little ahead, we reach Sansa, the junction to Gokyo Valley and Everest Base Camp. We follow the right trail to Everest Base Camp through pine forests and come across the bridge over the Dhudh Koshi River in Phungi Thanga. From there the trail is little steep through the forest of rhododendrons and fir trees to Tengboche village, the home of the biggest Buddhist Monastery of Everest region and the close up view of massive Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Everest is very impressive. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 3,870m/12,694ft Trek Duration: 5-6 hrs
Tengboche to Dingboche
Witness and capture the awesome view of mountains in the background of Tengboche Monastery. After breakfast, we continue the journey gradually down from rhododendron trees and come across the suspension bridge over the Dudh Koshi River. About an hour's further walk will bring us to Pangboche, which offers a dramatic view of the Himalayas and village. Passing by several Chortens, Mani walls and Pangboche Gompa we continue the trek through the village of Syomare, Orsho and Samso Ogma, where we meet the junction. From there, we follow the right path, and after crossing the bridge over the confluence of Khumbu Khola and Imja River we climb the steep path to Chyakunwa Kharka, from where we can see the spectacular view of Taboche, Ama Dablam, Khangteka, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse and many more. After a few minutes of gradual climb, we will be welcomed by chorten and prayer flags in Dingboche. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 4,360m/14,300ft Trek Duration: 5-6 hrs
Dingboche to Dughla
Today all the way is dry but offers awesome Mountain View on all sides. We start the trek by walking gradually through the Khumbu Khola Valley and reach the yak herder’s place, Dusa (4503m). After following the narrow trail we reach Phulung Karpo, where campsite was asserted during the first successful Everest Expedition in 1953. Further, the sight of Chola Lake and Mt. Pumo Ri (7161m) appears on the way. As we descend the trail the view of Mt. Pumo Ri disappears and comes across the roaring stream. We cross the small wooden bridge and climb steeply up to Dughla. Dughla offers marvellous views of Nuptse, Cholatse, Thamserku and several other magnificent peaks. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 4,620m/15,154ft Trek Duration: 3-4 hrs
Dughla to Lobuche
Today is a short but difficult walking day as we have to walk through the boulder path left by the Khumbu glacier. Initially, we will walk a steep path through the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier and climb to Thukla Pass (4830m). At the top, there are piles of stones with prayer flags and memorials of dead climbers, including Babu Chiri Sherpa, 10 times Everest submitter and Scott Fischer, an American mountaineer. As we descend to the Khumbu Glacier moraine, several great peaks like Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori, and Mahalangur Himal greet us. After crossing Khumbu Glacier, we get the beautiful sight of towering Mt. Nuptse (7855m). Further climbing the steep trail along the roaring stream, we reach Lobuche. Lobuche to Gorak Shep to Kalapatthar to Gorak Shep Or Lobuche to EBC to Gorak Shep
Today's we will reach Gorak Shep, hike to Kalapatthar for a stunning sunset over the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest. Or head to Everest Base Camp, then return to Gorak Shep. Trek through Khumbu glacier's moraine, catch sight of Mt. Everest's north ridge, and witness panoramic views before reaching Gorak Shep. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 5,550m/18,204ft Trek Duration: 8-9 hrs
Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar / Everest Base Camp to Pheriche
Those participants who had chosen option 1 yesterday (Kalapatthar), will visit the Everest base camp today. Those who chose option 2 yesterday (Everest Base Camp) will hike to Kalapatthar today for a sunrise view over snowcapped mountains, including Mt. Everest, and then wait for other participants to return to Gorak Shep. After lunch in Gorak Shep, we trek back to Dughla via the same route and then follow the right-side trail to Pheriche. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 5,364m/17,594ft Trek Duration: 8-9 hrs
Pheriche to Tengboche to Namche Bazzar
After breakfast, we trek down through Rhododendron and Juniper Forest, passing by Samdrang village, Stone Wall, Tsuro Og and then Samso Ogma, Orsho and Syomare village. Crossing the river several times through a suspension bridge and walking steadily, we reach the home of the biggest Buddhist Monastery of the Everest region, Tengboche. From there, we descend down to the river and again cross a suspension bridge, passing by the beautiful village of Sanasa, Kyangiuma, and enjoying the magnificent view of the Himalayas on the way, we reach Tenzing Norgye Memorial Stupa. On the way, we may encounter wildlife such as snow leopards, colourful pheasants, Himalayan thaks, deer, etc. After that, a gradual one-hour walk will bring you to the main town of the Everest Region, the Namche Bazaar. Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Our final trek day offers a different perspective as we retrace our steps, enjoying Sherpa villages and scenic views. Despite some steep trails, the warmer weather brings relief. We gradually descend via the Dudh Koshi River, passing through charming villages and rhododendron forests to reach Phakding. From there, it's a few more hours to Lukla, where we unwind, take a stroll, and share our last dinner with the crew. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Max Altitude: 2,800m/9,186ft Trek Duration: 6 hrs
Lukla – Kathmandu
After early breakfast we fly back to Kathmandu memorizing those excited and beautiful days. In Kathmandu you can take a rest throughout the day in hotel or you can explore other attractions of Kathmandu. For the memorizing the Nepal trip you can buy some souvenirs for yourself or for friends and family in Thamel Area. Late evening we celebrate the success of our trip and enjoy dinner together. Departure
After breakfast, you are free till departure time. If you have more time, you can go shopping or go sightseeing around Kathmandu. Approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight, a representative drops you to the airport. Meals: Breakfast
